CFL multimodal is a key player in freight transport in Luxembourg and Europe. Its logistics hub, located at the intermodal terminal, plays a central role in the transition towards more sustainable transport by ensuring the efficient transfer of goods from road to rail across more than 30 hectares of infrastructure.

Open Days Programme
For the Luxembourg Open Days, CFL multimodal invites the public to discover the behind-the-scenes of its freight operations. During a 45-minute guided tour, offered in Luxembourgish, French, and German, visitors can explore the intermodal terminal and the Secure Road Centre (CRS) while observing live operations: cranes in motion, tractors at work, trains being assembled… A unique immersion into the daily life of the terminal, a vital link in the European logistics chain.
